Veusz, a scientific plotting package that is designed to create a publication-ready Postscript or PDF output, is now at version 1.20.

Veusz 1.20 is a tool that can be used to create line graphs, XY plots, histograms, shapes, images, and contour plots.

Highlights of Veusz 1.20:

• HDF5 file data import is now possible; • Expressions can now be edited for linked 2D datasets; • Support has been added for 2D datasets with irregular gridpoints; • 2D data CSV import is now allowed; • The safe renaming of linked datasets is now permitted; • Importing text from FITS files has been implemented; • When capturing data from a file/named pipe, the application no longer stops when no more data is available.
