A new stable version of Dropbox has been released, but it's nothing out of the ordinary. In fact, it comes with only one fix for the Windows platform. According to the developers, a memory leak has been corrected for Windows users.
The Dropbox 2.4.x branch seems to be mostly Mac OS-oriented because it features Mavericks support and import from iPhoto.
A few other changes have been implemented, including much faster upload/download speeds for large files. The Dropbox version has remained on 2.4.3 for now, at least on the Ubuntu systems.
