  • Big thanks to the people who contributed to this release! We have big plans for the future of Notes. We aim to make Notes, not just the best open-source note-taking app but the best note-taking app, period. Onward to Version 2.5.0!
  • Notes is part of a larger project of mine to create an ecosystem of high-quality open-source and cross-platform apps. Soon, I will release more information about that.
  • Note for Linux users: You'll very soon be able to install Notes from FlatHub as well. Regarding the snap version of Notes, we are still working on it. The current version on Snapcraft is very old (version 0.9.0), so we recommend you either use the Qt 6 AppImage, the soon Flatpak package on FlatHub, compile Notes from source yourself, or wait till we support more packages.
