GreenWithEnvy For Linux

GreenWithEnvy, or GWE, is a free and open-source GTK utility that allows you to control the fan speeds of your NVIDIA graphics cards, overclock them, as well as provide a series of useful stats and information regarding their functionality and uptime.

It may not be the perfect solution for everyone, and the app might have a couple of bugs, but if you're interested in having more control over your NVIDIA GPU, then you should definitely give it a try.

Besides displaying some very general GPU stats such as model name, driver version, GPU, memory, power usage, clocks, and some temperature readings, GreenWithEnvy also allows provides users with a very nice historical data graph.

One of the best aspects of this app is that it allows you to overclock your NVIDIA GPU via offset profiles. You can also create custom fan curves to better suit your work style, as well as change the power limits of the GPU.

As it stands, the application is not exactly "finished." Besides the obvious bugs (even though we didn't manage to find many), you should also know that the Flatpak version of the app doesn't support NVIDIA Beta drivers.

Of course, the app should get better with time, and hopefully, the developer does manage to find the required volunteers to actively maintain the project. GreenWithEnvy has come a long way since it was first released, but the To-do list on the app's official GitLab repo is still not fully completed.

GreenWithEnvy is a fine application if all you want is to overlock your NVIDIA GPU and have better control over how the fans work. The app itself is quite nicely designed, with a modern GUI and stylish graphs and controls.
