Not only does BreakTimer look very nice with a modern, stylish, clear-cut GUI, but it's also remarkably easy to use. You just install the app, configure a series of parameters such as the break frequency, the break length, and the working hours, and you're set to go.

The app lets you know when it's time to take a break via a relaxing sound, accompanied by a refreshingly simple pop-up window that displays messages such as "Rest your eyes. Stretch your legs. Breathe. Relax."

As mentioned above, one of the benefits of BreakTimer is the fact that it's easy to use while still providing enough customization options.

Apart from the break frequency, break length, snooze length, and working hours, you can set up the snooze limit (how many times you can actually snooze an alarm), give breaks specific titles with specific messages, as well as change the primary and text colors.
