phpMyFAQ, a scalable open source FAQ software using PHP and available for many databases, is now at version 2.8.3.

phpMyFAQ 2.8.3 supports various database systems (PostgreSQL, SQLite, MariaDB, MS SQL Server, and MySQL) and comes with a comprehensive content management system.

According to the changelog, a missing permission check on Image Manager has been fixed, the HTML and CSS code has been improved, the Brazilian Portuguese translation has been updated, the Japanese translation has been updated, and the Spanish translation has been corrected.

Also, a number of smaller fixes have been implemented, and remember that the application has been using the HTML5 File API for quite some time now.
