phpMyAdmin, the popular tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL databases, has just reached version 4.0.1.

Highlights of phpMyAdmin 4.0.1:

• The login data is no longer shown when the login fails and the error display is active; • The Web server upload directory import no longer fails; • The server upload folder import file name is no longer missing in success message; • The retry button has been added on connection failure with config auth; • An incorrect select field change, on ctrl key navigation in Firefox, has been corrected; • The Calendar widget no longer improperly redirects to home; • tcpdf path has been added to vendor_config.php.
