An Ubuntu-based operating system aimed at Windows users that are switching over to Linux, Zorin OS Lite, has now reached version 6 RC.
Zorin OS Lite 6 RC comes with a lot of refinement, according to the developers. This particular release is based on Lubuntu 11.10 and uses the LXDE desktop environment in order to provide a fast interface for low-spec machines.
The distribution also has a more lightweight version of the Software Center which makes the installation of applications somewhat easier.
The developers have also included in Zorin OS Lite 6 RC, Zorin Look Changer, Zorin Internet Browser Manager, Zorin OS Lite Extras, and a number of other programs from previous versions.
