Zorin OS Lite, an Ubuntu-based operating system aimed at Windows users that are switching over to Linux, has now reached version 5.2.

Zorin OS Lite 5.2 is built on the Linux architecture so it is completely open source and it's based on Ubuntu, one of the most used Linux operating system in the world.

Zorin OS Lite 5.2 falls in line with the rest of the Zorin OS distros, and others are sure to follow. Zorin OS and Zosin OS Educational already reached version 5.2, in 2011.

The lightweight version,  Zorin OS 5.2 Lite, is designed for users with old or low-spec computers. It is based on Lubuntu 11.04, LXDE desktop environment being chosen to ensure a good performance.

It also comes with a complete suite of security fixes, updated programs, and a refreshed icon theme.
