Webconverger, an evolution of the hybrid client for deployment in places like offices or Internet cafes, where only web applications are used, is now at version 13.0.
Webconverger 13.0 arrived just a couple of months after the previous version and has some pretty important changes, such as:
• DuckDuckGo search engine has replaced Google after signing a revenue share deal on sponsored links like Linux Mint; • New boot API have been implemented in order to override DNS; • A new API to support scheduled shutdowns has been implemented; • Mozilla Firefox browser has been updated to version 10.0.4; • Adobe Flash has been updated to version 11.2.202.235; • Dynamic window manager or “dwm” has been updated to version 6.0.
