LyX, a document processor that encourages an approach to writing based on the structure of your documents, not their appearance, is now at version 2.0.7.1.

The LyX text processor serves people who write and want their writing to look great right out of the box. In theory, users won't need to fiddle with formatting details, “finger painting” font attributes, or fuzzing around with page boundaries.

According to the developers, a problem with unbalanced braces in XeTeX output has been fixed, the state of certain language packages in child documents has been fixed, and a compilation of documents containing chemical equations and math integrals has been corrected.

Also, the compilation with nested (“sub”) custom floats now works correctly, a crash when saving document with module that is not present has been fixed, and the activation of branches from command line has been corrected.
