Universal Database Tool DBeaver 2.1.1 Is Now Based on Eclipse 4.2.2

DBeaver, a free and open source (GPL) universal database tool for developers and database administrators, is now at version 2.1.1.

Even if the developers have deemed this release a minor hotfix version, it's important to know that it's based on Eclipse 4.2.2.

Highlights of DBeaver 2.1.1:

• Eclipse 4.2.2 is now the base platform for the standalone version; • An UI freeze, which occurred during the MySQL long queries, has been fixed; • The navigator tree is now sorted alphabetically (configurable); • The navigator tree is now expanding on connect (configurable); • MySQL enum/set data types have been fixed; • The autocomplete is now working properly; • The cell editor dialog UI has been corrected.
