There are a lot of great icon packs available for Ubuntu, Linux Mint, and other such distros, but the High-Delight pack is one of the most interesting.

The High-Delight icons are very high quality and provide a unique look to you distribution. They're compatible with a large number of OSes, including the latest Ubuntu 13.10 and Linux Mint 16.

The icon pack is hosted by the guys at noobslab.com and the installation is pretty straightforward. You either add the PPA to your system, or run the deb file directly.

For the PPA installation, just enter the following commands in the terminal near you (root access is required):

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/icons sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install high-delight-icons

If you want to install the deb file, just enter these commands in the terminal:

wget -O highdelight-NoobsLab.com.deb http://goo.gl/Uyskn sudo dpkg -i highdelight-NoobsLab.com.deb rm highdelight-NoobsLab.com.deb

Enjoy the High-Delight icon pack!
