TeamViewer, an application that allows users to connect and control remote computers with just a few clicks, has reached version 10.0 Beta and is ready for download and testing.

This latest TeamViewer release is also known to come with the lesser attractive version 10 Beta Build 35002. It comes with a huge number of improvements, as it usually happens. There is only one caveat though, the application is not Linux native because it uses a Wine wrapper to do the job. It only matters if you care about the GUI, because it's not really an issue for the options and features available for users.

"TeamViewer 10 includes significant performance optimizations. CPU usage optimizations for multi-core processors, HD voice transmission quality, and faster login and load times for the Management Console are just a few examples. Apply setting policies, distribute them, and enforce them if necessary, all via the Management Console. Any changes to setting policies are automatically applied to all installations. IT Admins will be happy to know that importing .reg files is now a thing of the past," wrote the developers in the announcement.

These are just a couple of the improvements made to the application. Other features like 4K support, one-click video calls, and real-time session notes have also been added. A complete list of changes and new features is available in the official announcement. You can download TeamViewer 10.0 Beta right now from Softpedia.
