Valve has released yet another Beta iteration of its Steam client, featuring just a few changes and fixes.

The company usually pushes a few Beta updates before upgrading the stable branch of Steam, and now it's time for another build to be available for download.

According to the developers, a global setting has been added in order to allow downloads during gameplay, game updates are now beginning to download automatically when you launch Steam, and shortcuts in Family Options setup are no longer shown in Big Picture mode.

Also, the filter is now being maintained when switching to the library in Family View, and the redirection for blocked URLs in client browser when in Family View mode has been fixed.

Check out the official announcement for more details about this release. You can also download the Steam installer from Softpedia if you don't have the client. In order to get this update you will need to enroll into the Beta program.
