CuteMarkEd is a very useful Qt Text Editor that can provide support for math expressions, code syntax highlighting and syntax highlighting for a markdown document.
Highlights of CuteMarkEd 0.7.0:
• Spell checking has been added and can be observed as you type via use of red wavy lines under the misspelled words. Suggestions for mistakes can be accessed through the context menu; • Network proxy support has been added to the configuration dialog; • Options have been added in order to control the extensions used by the markdown parser; • The markdown syntax help is now displayed in the user language.
