14 DAY TRIAL // Paradise Lost: First Contact, a 2D adventure game that is reminiscent of the golden years of gaming, has been launched on Steam Greenlight and is awaiting your votes.
Paradise Lost: First Contact puts you in the role of an alien life form that crash-lands on our planet and that tries to survive by any means necessary.
“A 2D pixel art side scrolling adventure that focuses on a stealth / action type of play and takes elements from platformer and puzzle resolution. It's also based in nonlinear mechanics, taking reference from the classic metroidvania style of game,” reads the announcement on the Steam website.
The game will feature a complex map full of secret projects, various puzzles, nonlinear mechanics, epic boss battles, and more.
The game is scheduled for release in fall 2014, and the developers from Asthree Works will also try their luck on Kickstarter.
