NetBSD, a free, fast, secure, and highly portable UNIX-like open source OS available for a wide range of platforms, from large-scale servers and desktop systems to handheld and embedded devices, is now at version 6.1.3.
NetBSD 6.1.3 is an update in the 6.x branch that implements quite a few critical fixes, either with regard to security or for stability reasons, plus some new features and enhancements. Highlights of NetBSD 6.1.3:
• Workaround has been added for a QEMU bug preventing NetBSD from booting on some versions of QEMU and KVM; • A bogus diagnostic message spamming the console has been fixed; • A crash on i810e has been fixed; • A fsck_ffs internal error on UFS1 has been fixed.
