Monitorix, a free, open source, lightweight system monitoring tool designed to monitor as many services and system resources as possible, is now at version 3.3.1.

Monitorix has been created to be used under production UNIX/Linux servers, but due to its simplicity and small size, it can be used on embedded devices as well.

It has been quite a while since the last Monitorix update and we were waiting for something more substantial, but the developers have made only one change for this version.

According to the changelog, a fix has been implemented to correctly sanitize the input string in the built-in HTTP server, which led a number of security vulnerabilities and issues.

Check out the official changelog for a complete list of updates and new features implemented so far. Download Monitorix 3.3.1 right now from Softpedia.
