Manjaro KDE 0.8.9 Preview, a Linux distribution based on well-tested snapshots of the Arch Linux repositories and 100% compatible with Arch, has been released as a respin of the original Manjaro OS.

The new KDE respin of Manjaro has been released, featuring important changes like the implementation of KDE 4.12, Linux kernel 3.10.25, Gstreamer 1.2.0, LibreOffice 4.1.4, and a few others.

“Kfaenza icons were chosen to match the icon set of XFCE. A new wallpaper gives this edition a pleasant look. Window decoration changed to Air Black Remix Green. OxyGreen as new color scheme in combination with VioletPastel as the new desktop theme rounds this new look of KDE 4.12 up,” reads the official entry on the Manjaro Blog.

Manjaro is a user-friendly Linux distribution based on the independently developed Arch operating system, which is known for being extremely customizable.
