Quimup, a client for the music player daemon (MPD) written in C++ and QT4, has just reached version 1.3.1.
Quimup 1.3.1 features a clean interface which makes controlling MPD's many options easy and which focuses on mouse handling (playlist management by drag-and-drop).
Highlights of Quimup 1.3.1:
• Support has been added for the “Disc Number” tag; • The stream loader can handle compound urls better; • You can manually override MPD's (remote) music directory; • A crash that occurred when calling mpd_return_pair (Archlinux) has been fixed; • The player no longer changes the position after a hide-show toggle; • More time is now given in order to connect to MPD at start-up; • The sorting order of dragged items is now working correctly.
