The Document Foundation has announced that the second and final Release Candidate version for LibreOffice 4.1.3 is now available for the Linux platform, which marks the start of another development cycle.

The dev says that, starting with version 4.0.0, the LibreOffice installer files have a new naming scheme.

According to the changelog, the reports with empty text-boxes that are not connected to data are now processed properly, the DE language pack now has a German installer instead of an English one, and undo “search & replace” no longer corrupts the text when searching backwards.

More details about this surprise release can be found in the official announcement.
