14 DAY TRIAL // The Document Foundation has announced that the third Release Candidate version for LibreOffice 4.1.2 is now available for the Linux platform, which is actually a surprise because it hasn't been previously announced.
According to The Document Foundation, starting with version 4.0.0, the LibreOffice installer files have a new naming scheme.
The Document Foundation has decided to release a third Release Candidate, even if there were only two announced so far. A crash that occurred when opening a .DOC file has been fixed, the Function Wizard no longer crashes LibreOffice, and the format painter no longer deletes the cell content.
