A few maps have received various improvements and fixes

Left 4 Dead 2 has been released by Valve, along with Portal, on Steam for Linux and the game has already received an update.

Left 4 Dead 2 is an FPS zombie-killing cooperative game, developed by Valve with millions of fans all over the world.

Highlights of the latest Left 4 Dead 2 patch:

• An inverted direction issues has been fixed in the script trace lines; • Some mutations have been updated in order to remove a few instances of invalid weapons or enemies; • The freezer door has been restored in co-op mode (c11m2); • The crane lowering sound has been restored (c11m2); • Some barricaded doors have been broken in c9m2 so survivors can reach supplies; • Some missing chopper pilot lines have been restored (c8m5).
