Lazarus, a cross-platform integrated development environment (IDE) that allows users to create visual (GUI) and non-visual Object Pascal programs, using the Free Pascal compiler to generate the executable, is now at version 1.0.2.

Highlights of Lazarus 1.0.2:

• Various winapi compatibility functions fixes have been implemented; • Carbon clipping has been fixed and now it correctly returns region types on HRGN related operations; • Setting stackframe for hint evaluation, after searching for highest source-frame, has been fixed; • A workaround to fix exe-line-indicators (blue dots) at debug start, has been implemented; • Text clipping and text background drawing have been repaired; • A crash that occurred with GtkIconView when multiselect is enabled and dbl clicked, has been added; • Preview scrolling in windows now works properly.

A complete list of changes and updates can be found in the official changelog.
