GTK+ developers have made a lot of changes to the latest development branch

GTK+, a multi-platform toolkit for creating graphical user interfaces that provide a complete set of widgets, suitable for projects ranging from small one-off tools to complete application suites, is now at version 3.9.16.

According to the developers, GTK+ 3.9.16 incorporates new features and quite a few updates. This is now a development version and is part of the GNOME 3.9.x package.

Highlights of GTK+ 3.9.16:

• Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V no longer changes tags; • The GtkBox, GtkHBox, and GtkVBox documentation has been clarified; • Application menus now feature support for Wayland; • Missing introspection annotations have been corrected; • Wayland is now preferred instead of X11.
