Infectonator: Survivors, a zombie apocalypse survival game developed and published by Toge Productions, will arrive on Steam for Linux soon.

There is no shortage of survival games that deal with zombies and other such menaces, but there aren't many that can claim they are a combination of RTS, tower defense, roguelike, and a simulation.

“The goal is to lead a group of survivors in a struggle to stay alive and find rescue in a zombie apocalyptic world. You must scavenge resources, build defenses, and find a way to survive in a game where death is permanent and levels are randomly generated,” notes the developer on the Steam website.

For now, Infectonator: Survivors is in the Steam Early Access program, which means that it is still under development. For now it's available only on the Windows platform, but a Linux version will arrive soon enough. Players can also get the game now with a 25% discount, which is scheduled to end on April 21.

The information about the Linux version is taken from the Steam database and by no means is it completely certain. The Steam Database is a record of data that describes every Steam game and subscription provided by Valve for the Steam service.

Usually, the new entries are first visible in the Steam Database before their official launch.
