Mutter, a window and compositing manager that displays and manages your desktop via OpenGL, has reached version 3.11.4.
Owen Taylor has announced that Mutter 3.11.4 has been released, repairing a few problems and bringing a couple of new features.
Highlights of Mutter 3.11.4:
• Mutter no longer leaves the focus on windows that are being unmanaged; • Server grabs have been reduced; • Heuristic has been improved in order to determine display output name; • Various bug fixes have been added.
Although it can be employed as a standalone product, it is primarily intended to be used as the display core of a larger system, such as GNOME Shell. It can be enhanced by plug-ins and it's utilized in conjunction with GNOME Shell.
