GNOME Shell, a user interface that provides functions for the GNOME desktop environment, has just received a new update and is now at version 3.11.4.
The GNOME development is running smoothly and more features are added with each new build. A new development cycle has started and it will culminate with the release of a new stable version, 3.12.
Highlights of GNOME Shell 3.11.4:
• The removal of workspaces that are not at the end has been fixed; • The session mode can be specified in the environment; • The arrow is now always shown if the app switcher is scrollable; • A new app folders system has been implemented.
