GNOME Control Center, GNOME's main interface for configuration of various aspects of your desktop, is now at version 3.8.2.
The developers of GNOME Control Center have decided to release a small update for the 3.8.x branch.
Highlights of GNOME Control Center 3.8.2:
• /proc/cmdline is now checked on non-Linux; • The sizing of the back button has been fixed; • Long user names are now ellipsized in the password dialog; • The application is no longer crashing if the user disabled the Input sources switch keybindings; • A crash that occurred when clicking the "Connect to hidden network" option has been fixed; • The input chooser is no longer focused if it’s already focused.
