The Meizu MX3 phone runs Ubuntu, but not very well

The first video of the Ubuntu Phone developed by the Meizu hardware company has been spotted online.

A few days ago some images leaked online showing the first images of the Meizu MX3 phone, which apparently was running Ubuntu. Now a video has been revealed, with the same phone, and guess what? It's actually running Ubuntu Touch.

The performance is terrible and that's probably because the operating system developed by Canonical has been optimized for Nexus 4 devices.

The menus are sluggish and some parts of the interface don't seem to work, not to mention the fact that the person handling the phone has no idea on how to use it.

The video seems to have been captured during CES 2014, but its origins haven't been revealed. There's also no word from Canonical, so we don't know if there is a partnership between the two companies.
