Vuze BitTorrent Client is a relatively lightweight BitTorrent client that can be used to download torrents and even acts as a search engine.
According to the changelog, support has been added for the plugin-provided proxies, the handling of featured content downloads has been improved, and locking during association lookup is now working properly.
Also, an aggregate scrape value is now used for seeding rules to see how that affects stability, and failing the DTD refs in the RSS feeds is now handled better.
