Giada 0.8.3 has been dubbed “196 layers” and comes with a number of new features and various changes.
Highlights of Giada 0.8.3 (196 layers);
• A new experimental MIDI timing output with MTC and MIDI clock has been added; • New pitch operators x2 and /2 have been implemented; • Many nasty bugs fixed and other minor improvements have been implemented.
The developers also said that the MIDI Time Code is very experimental, and users should report any issue that they might be experiencing.
