New in uumate 2014.12.23 (Dec 24, 2014)

  • To reduce the bloat and duplicated programs with similar features I removed some of them, see below. They can be easily reinstalled using software center or Synaptic.
  • Added: Openvpn
  • Applications in /home/Apps (can be installed after system installation or live mode): Aftershot (Corel trial), Facebook, Comodo Antivirus, Kingsof Office, Rlinux (file recovery tool), Synapse, Telegram (no need to install, just run and it will add itself to menu), Xnview.
  • Changes: New PPAs for Grive (Google drive sync), Lives (video editor), Numix (icons and themes)
  • Removed: Aftershot, Avidemux, Rhythmbox, Totem, Xnview
