What's new in Ordinary Metacity 0.2

• Added scalable titlebar, everything scales with title text size.
• Added Ordinary Colors Theme that picks up frame color from currently active GTK theme. Still uses window color #d8d8dd8.
• Reworked Ordinary Dust Sand that is scalable now.
• Removed Ordinary Elementary since Ordinary Colors can match that theme quite easily.
