- Entropy switched to vanilla kernel v3.18.10, Source Package Manager now supports PGP signatures verification as well as signing files (such as pre-build software tarballs), improved overall Source Package Manager performance, new graphical installer and finally the usual software updates.
New in Entropy GNU/Linux KDE 20150106 (Jan 7, 2015)
- KDE has been replaced with Katana.
New in Entropy GNU/Linux KDE 20141025 (Oct 28, 2014)
- The KDE PIM applications (KMail, Kontact, etc.) have been fixed by adding missing requirement - kdepim-runtime.
- In addition a few minor updates have been made.

- The kernel in use is trimmed custom/forked Linux kernel with drivers
- for exotic platforms.
- Various features removed for better boot and overall performance.
