We have been using SysAid now for about a year and have found it to be excellent in every way. Support is also top notch. In fact, I have not found better quality and support in a product on any level. For systems which cost many times more than SysAid, we have not seen as good support and product quality. I recommend this product for any IT department. It is by far the best Help Desk and Asset Management system I have found - for a fraction of the cost of the more popular systems available. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the overpriced Help Desk Management systems such as Remedy or asset management systems like Tivoli. You will unnecessarily spend thousands of dollars when you could get the same features and functionality, and far better support, with SysAid.
