    The few glitches I have may have more to do with the monkey at the keyboard rather than the system. I was looking at what my "Dream SIM" would do and tools it would use. OSSIM had already packaged most of them. When requesting commercial support pricing was clear and didn't require sitting through a webinar/filling out a lot of forms. Users in the forums have been helpful.
