tried this distro earlier this morning, mainly because I tried it out in an earlier release some months. I thought there was room for improvement back then, and now definitely, because it is slow in performance. Am not sure why some distros fly, both in installation and desktop working, where others, though having tons of neat features, are a failure in performance, such as this version of Netrunner. Oh well, perhaps in the next release there will be improvements.

i tried meny distros with KDE/Gnome and this is the best !!! And they progressing very fast. And it's same ubuntu 12 long term suport.

Just installed Netrunner 3. I really enjoy it. Easy installation and plenty of features. I am not a Linux guru, but am just beginning. I try out many distributions, and for me, I am keeping Netrunner.

I too am having a problem in finding installed themes that I have downloaded from online. It would be nice if Netrunner had more options for wallpaper, etc. otherwise an excellent distribution.

"netrunner" installed on my laptop without a hitch, found my printer, was happy with the scanner, internet etc. Marvellous! Two small items that I wasn't able to solve: I can't find and activate "xscreensaver", although I installed it and some of the backgrounds that were available on the internet, after installation of some "library" wouldn't work. Perhaps one has to be a Linux -guru for these to work, which I am not. But these are only small fry. Overall - top marks from this happy user !

By far the best Linux distribution I've ever used of trying over 140 of them.
