how do i install this kernel?

This kernel solved the issues I was having with visual effects on Ubuntu 10.10! I was booting in failsafe graphics mode all the time, because when I changed a wallpaper the screen would turn to colored lines, a black screen, or some other weird development. I would also lose windows borders etc. etc....I thought it was an outdated graphics card, but much to my delight, I am now loving wobbly windows and all the other cool visual effects one can only enjoy apart from Windows.

Many improvements mark this release.
