I like Kubuntu 8.10. It is a solid distro. Upgrading software is also very easy and fast. I like the sleek look of the new KDE as well (especially with the new desktop effects).

Only glitches that I ran into is the upgrade of OO2.4 to OO3.0 (but I think this is a minor one) and getting some software to run properly under Wine (but that is another issue!).

External apps like songbird and others run like a champ.
I did not like the fact that the version that I downloaded did not have firefox included but it is easily installed via the command line or package manager.

Still kicking the tires on this distro -- few minor bugs but over all I am enjoying it a lot!

so far has been stable and intuitive, feature rich, and looking great.

So far this has been a solid update, only one minor glitch with one screen saver locking up.
