    The user side is OK.

But once you enter the Admin Section prepare to abandon all hope. It's probably great for programmers and lovers of Linux and other command line enthusiasts. With scripts and doing your own programming you can make it dance jigs if you like.

For those who want to get work done in their own projects it's pure hell. I tried posting product icons in my Jira Projects. One worked without a hitch. The other I couldn't get to work after 30 min of what should have been a no brainier.

Changing workflows for existing projects - adding a step for instance - is a job for a day. Propagating that change to other, similar workflows isn't possible.

The support is excellent. And the response from people on the form really is great. Of course, it has to be because otherwise no one would have gotten the damn program working except for the default workflow they ship with.

Open source fans will love it - but they might as well stick with Bugzilla for free.

If you use default configuration is ok.
but if you customize, the hell is comming

I want to customize for Agile/Scrum
and the experience is not good.

    I propose Scrumworks for agile/Scrum
