xml_taginsert is a Vim plugin that allows you to insert xml tags by pressing < F7 >.This maps the < F7 > key to an xml tag inserter. When you press < F7 > while the cursor is on or directly after a word, then that word is transformed into an xml tag, complete with closing tag.
