Serve Tools open-source release is some of the tools we use. Our initial release includes our mysql database wrapper that is modeled after PEAR::DB but fixes some serious issues we encountered with it ... as well as an HTML Parser class that is modeled after Perl's HTML::TokenParser.All tools are released under the LGPL so you can use them in your own project.
