- Some icons are polished and some others are replaced. Mimetype icons are more separated. However, I hesitated to separate all audio and video mimetype icons (could that be really useful?) and just used different ones for wav, ram and midi.

- I replaced a lot of mime icons of nuoveXT with my SVG-based icons and added some new icons. See the 3rd Screenshot for some examples.
