· It adds symlink and not directory checks to the alarm.osh script.
· It adds another symlink check to the oshdir.osh script.
· It also adds a '-v' verbose option to the oshlatest.osh script.

· This version requires the user to specify the INSTALL directory path name as an absolute directory.
· It adds an '-h' option to history.osh for help.
· It also adds '--' to egrep invocations in history.osh to prevent leading '-' errors when the '-p pattern' option is used.

· Updated to fix an interaction problem between ps(1) and sed(1) on NetBSD 3.1.1_PATCH alpha; testing shows that it still works fine elsewhere w/ this fix.
