What's new in UMTSmon 0.9

• This release contains greatly improved hardware support, notably for Huawei and Sierra Wireless devices, but most device types have seen improvements.
• There is also a new operator chooser wizard, and the UI has been improved to show more info.
• It also has statistics/warnings for both connection time and data limits, and comes with support for 8 languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian Bokmal, Polish, Spanish, and English.
