- Added support for UTF-8 encoded OS X strings
- RC format received some bugfixes and now ignores TEXTINCLUDE sections and one line comments (//)
- Qt Linguist files now output the XML declaration
- xliff2po now supports files with .xliff extension

- The poterminology tool was added to help build terminology lists.
- New converters include po2rc, rc2po, ical2po, and po2ical.
- Support was improved for Qt .ts and Gettext .mo.
- Quality checks, indexing, version control, and speed were improved.
