· New: option to load next page when pressing space anywhere in the page (not only at end of page) => in "about:config", toggle "extensions.spacenext.warp" to true
· New: option to append next page to current page => in "about:config", modify "extensions.spacenext.append" to a positive integer (the integer represents the number of pages from bottom before appending the next page)
· New: option to timeout request when appending page => in "about:config", modify "extensions.spacenext.timeOut" to a positive integer (the integer represents a time period in milliseconds; if 0, the addon uses the default OS/FF timeout value)
