· Many updates of programs and improvements of the system and installer. Besides of using the SYS_Linux .iso burned on a DVD, the installation can be performed also by an USB-installer SYS_Linux.img (which can be downloaded, or produced by mkimg contained in the .iso), or directly from the running system (using installiso contained in the .iso), with the .iso renamed to SYS_Linux.iso (without version, as it's default if downloading a snapshot of the .iso) and located at the main folder of any partition of the hard-disc or of an USB-key.

· Like for all periphericals, also for wifi SYS selected the best tools. However, most easy to get starting wifi automatically, is to use the 'ADSL configurar' icon, and type in the name and WEP-key of your modem.

· Besides of updated packages, the functionality of the backup-install system was very increased. Language settings and other configurations dificult to auto-detect, are taken over from the previous system, so that now the installation is really full automatic. The installation is now possible using the the .iso file, without the need to burning it or to have a DVD reader. For this, mount the .iso (as udf), and execute the script installiso, in seldom cases that this gives problems, unfold /boot/initrd.cpio.gz into the folder /initrd, copy installiso into it and execute it.

· Many programs were substituted by better ones, all were updated. linux 2.6.26.2 and glibc 2.7 compiled with its headers, glib 2.17.6, gcc 4.2.4, gtk 2.13.6, pango 1.21.4, cairo 1.7.4, mesa 7.0.3, X 1.4.2, compiz-fusion 0.77, perl 5.8.8, OpenOffice 3.0.0.9339, gimp 2.5.2, alsa 1.0.17, pulseaudio 0.9.10, songbird 0.8rc , banshee 1.2, flashplayer 10rc etc. The installation DVD of SYS brings about 5000 or 18 GB applications, more can be downloaded from the repository. The most of them wern't yet adapted to KDE 4 by their programmers, so that at the moment we stay with KDE 3.5.9 and gnome 2.23.6, in order to deliver a stable system with the biggest selection of applications and most fast and easy possible to install.
· Any problems/errors should be reported most fast possible because SYS has a very fast update politics.
